Cruz is new to us so we are still in the getting to know you phase, but I can already say she is one smart puppy. She is very curious, treat and attention motivated and seems to learn very quickly. She has done amazingly well with our two German Shepherds and loves her people. She is definitely going to be a velcro dog. She of course is just starting the potty-training adventure but is doing really well even making it approximately 7 hours a night.  She does howl, and yes, I do mean howl, in the crate for a good while at night before settling. It has helped to keep the crate around the other two dogs. She is a typical curious puppy and likes to chew, but received verbal correction very well and when given a better alternative quickly corrects. We have started on leash walks, and she is doing amazing! We have also started on basic commands, and she is catching on very quickly. I think Cruz is going to be an amazing dog for most any family.
