"Oppie" is a GSD mix, what he is mixed with is unknown. His petite size at approximately 4.5 months makes it likely that he will remain on the smaller size (no greater than 40 pounds full grown). He arrived to foster emaciated and timid however within a few days he blossomed into a grateful and playful puppy. He is a snuggly, affectionate little guy. If you have ever wanted a German Shepard lap dog, he is it. Outside he is curious to find sticks and play with his toys. He does have ball drive like most GSD which has been helpful in training. He will do anything to play with his squeaky ball. He is currently doing well with crate training, potty training and leash training. He learns quickly and is willing to please. He has been great with our dog “Molly” (8 year old Beagle). He follows her every move as if she is the leader of the pack. I think he will do well in a home that has another dog. He has not had any exposure to cats, yet.
