Jack is a sweet, handsome boy with good house manners and is very easy going with other dogs, though he gets excited and whines because he wants to play. He previously lived with children. Jack gets along very well with his two furry foster siblings (also GSDs) and will likely will be fine with cats but foster doesn't have cats. Jack is crate trained but is given free reign by his foster. He does want to be with his person and is creative to find the best way to watch through the windows when his person is outside. He loves car rides, hikes, walks, tummy rubs, treats and snuggles and will offer up kisses. He does whine some when he wants something (water, attention) and barks occasionally but not frequently. He was not well cared for in his home and ended up at the shelter. He was neutered 5/21, and at that time also had a cracked lower canine and a mass (benign) removed. He is doing great and is energetic and playful. He would love to have his own human(s) and/or dogs to follow around. If interested, please contact Jack's foster at triebi@hotmail.com.
