Darci is a drop-dead gorgeous long coated GSD who is just as beautiful as she is sweet. She tries very hard to please and listens to every word that you say. She will stand up on her hind legs to give you a kiss on the cheek. She is a little pushy with the other female dogs here, but gets along fine in the crowd. Darci had to have an emergency spay last week since her 12 pound (yes you read that right!) uterus was filled with infection and a batch of mummified puppies. Her recovery from the spay was excellent so she will be undergoing her first heartworm treatment in the near future. We met up with a cat in the waiting room at the vet's office and I could not get her to look at the cat no matter how hard I tried. She was totally disinterested. Darci is a very good girl in the house, a good rider in the car and an excellent ambassador for the GSD breed. She likes nothing better than to curl up near your feet and flip over on her back for a tummy rub.
