6/1/15 Kelo has completed his Basic Obedience Training Class. He did a great job.  He is very smart and enjoys learning. Kelo is getting more and more used to being around people.  He has learned that being petted is not all bad.  His transformation in the past three months has been remarkable.

4/7/15  Kelo is well. He is becoming more protective and will need an owner who will be the leader of the pack. He is a beautiful and loving, but has decided his property and people are his. Obedience training is next on his agenda. He will learn basic obedience and that will help him to adjust to life with a family as opposed to his previous life on a chain. 

3/17/15  Kelo is adjusting well to indoor life and really seems to enjoy being inside. He loves to play with his toys, football, other balls and squeakys. He is learning to catch and can already fetch. He can now walk on tile and wood floors. He is protective and affectionate and more of his loving, protective, playful personality shows daily. This big boy has become a velcro dog and follows his foster mom from room to room. He takes treats very gently. He is now crate trained and housebroken and is still learning to walk well on a leash but is much better. He is getting a re-check for his UTI, but seems to have recovered. 

2/26/15  Kelo is a large black and red AKC registered GSD. He lived on a chain all his life but is learning a new life indoors now.
