Meet Autumn!

She joined VGSR on Saturday after being surrendered by her owner.  Autumn looked  a little rough the first couple of days, but after a good grooming and bath, she is all smiles.

Autumn is a very gentle soul. She is a little shy, but warms up very quickly and follows you where ever you go.  She is meek and will go the other way when another dog grumbles or she hears a loud noise or voice.  Autumn bonds quickly and while she is crate-trained, roams the home freely.

She enjoys being outside for short outings and is happiest at your feet. She loves Nylabones and tries to play fetch or soccer. Not quite sure which game yet.

Autumn may be 11 years old, but she has light spirit that brings a smile to all she meets.  Her activity level is good and she goes up and down stairs as quick as a young pup.

Autumn gets along great with the two resident dogs and has lived with cats.

I am still getting to know her, but Autumn is a very sweet, loving gal.
